  1. I feel relaxed and glad to request you that your support process and resources are making no difference to customer support. My concern is un attended since last 2 weeks and on the top of that when I am asking for update, customer care staff is calling without having tools and system ready. Is that something to test the patience of customer.


    Anyway, there is nothing left to take care about now. As I have clearly told to the customer care staff that my residential society along with local corporate are going to seize what so ever equipments lying on my rooftop since I have clarified that those dead equipments. Along with that to ensure no further loss in all manners to other customer, I am going to register a complain at Consumer court.

    No one from tikona customer care are interested in the after sales services....
    dear all, share as much as you can so people knows and keep them-self away from tikona broadband.
