    I have taken a new connection of Tikona broadband before 10 days. Till now installation is not completed. I have made the call over customer care near about 15 times. Every time they told me your installation will complete after 3 or 4 hours, I have received a call by technical department they told me "I will install your internet within 10 hours after that when i call him they dint receive my call. And the way of communication by technical executive is very vulgar. Can you please confirm me when this installation will complete. Other Please mail me the procedure refund my money. I really get frustrated with your service. I had never seen this type of internet connection service in my life.

    You are one of the pofessional cheaters with zero professional ethics.

    In our apartment we have tikona of which rent has to be paid annually but which was not done for the past two years.

    and your internet connection doesn't long for even for one day with continous service it disconnects every five minutes.

    We are total ten apartments will disconnect your connection soon,.

    Your custome care executives will have record time of putting the customers on hold for more than one hour saying " Am transfering the call to higher executives"
    They are the well trained professional cheater with zero wok ethics..


    Pay us your current bill


    Please do not cheat customers, you will pay for it
