    1. Dear Sir, You are absolutely right. Firstly Tikona Team is totally Unprofessional Team. They are not suitable for acting as a Service Provider. Secondly they are having very poor communicating staff who don't care for customers. They simply feel that they are GOD & can act like anything. Thirly you won't get proper service on either parts. Their Internet Connection is a mess & we are real fool who applied for Internet Connection from them. When we tried to communicate with their nodal officer on nodal.mumbai@tikona.in the mail bounced back due to unknown mail ID. Should we further go ahead with Tikona.   3. Mr. Nagesh Prasad, I raised my billing issue and mailed you all details. Still I am waiting to get it resolve. As all know your customer care officers are hopeless. They don't anything and don't have any rights to give proper information.
    They even don't tell their name so that customer can not raise complaint against them. I think tikona is not following proper customer care guidelines and should shut down their network if it is going to rmain same.

  5. I had asked for discontinuation of services vide email. Two months down the line, your company has not done the same!!! Are you providing free services??

    Your executives keep calling for renewal payments despite the discontinuation!! You guys are going mad (alright) but PLEASE don't drive me crazy!

    As last resort I have addressed my letter to your Prakash Bajpai - Founder, CMD & CEO, while sincerely hoping he is still in his senses and will give this message some attention.

    Hate to say this, I have been a customer who had always paid dues annually in advance! As a business man, I know the value of such customers...pity, TIKONA does not.

    I am Ashwini Kumar from Noida, One of your sales executive (Ashwani cell:8285934805) contacted me at my place and showed me the plans of Tikona broadband. He told me that Tikona broadband installation is feasible at my place (Sector 27, Noida) and installation will be done within 2 days after payment so I filled Application form no.50000012659059 and paid Rs. 1500 to Mr. Ashwani on Feb 9, 2012 to get Tikona broadband connection.

    No one came to install broadband till 3-4 days so called on Tikona customer care (18002094276) but they didn't provided me any complaint number, then I tried to contact Mr. Ashwani (who took the booking amount) and got no proper response, he suggested me to talk to the installation engineer (Mr. Gopal cell:9873520502). I talked to Mr. Gopal several time and he always given me different excuses like 'we don't have stock', 'we are checking feasibility', 'we are installing it today itself' and sometimes he cuts the call.

    Now it has been more than 9 days from the payment date and no one came for the installation, I am fed up of following up for broadband connection and I am feeling like it was my mistake to believe on Tikona, it has been total waste of precious time and money.

    Now, I don't want to get any broadband connection from a company which treats their customer such way after getting payments, I am not sure how Tikona will provide support in case of some technical issue after the installation.

    I am sending this email to withdraw my Broadband connection request so please let me know the procedure to get my money refunded, I don't need Tikona broadband connection. Please see the following details regarding my connection request, quick response would be highly appreciated.

  9. Issues for UID 1105812236 Reactivated on 21st Feb, New Password recd on 28th. New Equipment recd on 1st March 2012.

    Issues List:
    1.) Wrong PLAN
    I see the Wrong Plan Alloted to my account. My Plan was 449. And he new One Alloted is 699. Please change that ASAP as I do not intened to Pay a Higher Price. (You can check attachment for my correct plan details against my user id etc). I suppose I will not be charged against this 699 PLAN and Will be given a proper and correct invoice when DUE.

    2.) Static IP Missing
    I still do not have my Static IP Back. Please arrange for the same to be clubbed with my account. (Check attachment for my Static IP receipt).
    Let me know if I have to fill a form again for static IP - If you require signatures again, like the main application form. Once I have them, i shall send you copies ASAP.

    3.) Billing Period:
    Since the account is now new - What is my Bill Period ? When does it start and when does it END. I hope you do not charge me since 21st Feb - this is the day my ID was activated and I received an email confirming the activation of new account in place of old one. I have got the password only today after so many follow ups.

    4.) NOT to be charged for ReACTIVATION
    I hope No charges are levied for reactivation - As this was not my Fault that you Disconnected the internet even when I have emailed and called to roll back disconnection Request. I hope I do not see any such or other charges in my upcoming Invoice / Bill.

    5.) Not to be charged for period when I did not have the internet working
    i.e. from the day my internet was blocked and untill yesterday - As my internet restarted today and I am using it right now. So I absolutely do not mind being charged from Today - But the correct Bill plan should be levied. :)

    6.) Errors under selfcare account.
    I logged in to the selfcare account and I see lot of errors / error messages in the code. Can these be somehow taken care off ??

    Hello My user id is 1104757950. I have been using your service since last 6 month and really frustrated with your calls and lack of co-ordination within.

    1. The service has frequent disconnection.
    2. Desire speed according to plan is not receiving.
    3. Payment counters is not access able near my area.
    4. Your collection department dosent come on time as per the requested date and even if he comes and the payment is given, the amount is not credited on time it take 5 -6 working days.
    5. Since last 5 bills i am getting late payment fees and i have been complaing each and everytime.
    6. So i need a total adjustment of Rs. 100/- of the last bill April 2012 and Rs. 25/- for 4 months (December 2011, January 2012, February 2012 and March 2012).

    Please check my account for all the above details and complaints and please send a executive if the above matter is complicated for you to understand and if the above matter is not solved by current bill cycle May 2012 than please disconnect my connection.

    Hate to say this, I have been a customer who had always paid dues annually in advance! As a business man, I know the value of such customers...pity, TIKONA does not.

Worst service from tikona, starting from sales person false assurance, when wanted to give the connection calls u thousands of time and when theirs issue not even calls u single time, Even the regional managers give vague answers thats the height of iiresposibility. Nw want to shift my connection from one wing to another in the same society even after calling customer care twice and waiting for more than a week still no technician has came to do the installation, and also when i had taken connection the sales person told ur shifting the connection will be done free of cost and nw when i have asked for the service then he's saying that company has chenged the rules, telling lies to customer and trapping them this is what tikona is doing, i seriously dont recommend any one to take tikona connection...Once they get the money they are list bothered about the customer..

  15. I had changed my plan and old plan was requested for disconnection. Inspite of repeated reminders and phone calls, no action has been initiated to terminate the old plan and bills are getting generated. I feel the only solution is to refer the entire list of complaints posted here to customer grievance cell or TRAI and request them to suspend the license of TIKONA .

  17. DENYING INVOICE FOR THE FINAL SETTLEMENT PAYMENT they want us to make and threatening legal notice for non-payment is totally UNACCEPTABLE

    Delays after registering a request for Termination of service and continuous harassment for payment after disconnection seems to be a specialty of Tikona and a common nightmare of all its customers (sufferers).

    Besides these:
    1. Poor Internet service (speed)
    2. Pathetic customer care department
    3. Irresponsible BILLING department

    are TIKONA's salient features, so future customers BEWARE!!!

At that time i askec him give receipt for received all those things.. He told me that no need company wont give receipt.. finally billing department asked me modam penalty charging 1500.. after that tikona threatening legal notice for that modam payment... people has to aware tikona service

  18. I have booked an new connection from the Tikona Executive (Mr. Santhash), Banaswadi Area, Bangalore on 30/03/2013. I have paid Rs.1,400 for the new connection on the same date. He told that installation team will call me within two days of time and they will do the installation. But till date i have not received any call from the technical team, at the same time when I call to the sales executive he is not receiving my call. I have call customer care several times but not getting and satisfactory reply. I have booked the connection on the name of Eliza Bhuyan (My wife). My application number is # 50000022436719. Customer care people are asking my customer ID but it has not provide by the executive. I have call to the customer care several time but proper response received till now......

    I Sanoj Thampi had taken a tikona Connection(1107813768 / ADBBM699) from you on Feb 2012 promised with a connection of (Speed). I raised a first complaint with you on March 2012(Complaint No: 1-2610909933/04/03/2013 ) for which your response was very poor also closed the ticket with no resolution. On every 2th of the month I receive calls from your end to pay the bill and until I pay your people chase me also say we will fix all the issues but no response after that when the bill is paid.


    I have all the screenshot evidence of complaints raised with you also the contact references.


    Recently when I called your team to resolve the issue I got the update that there is some latency issue saying it will be resolved in 24 hours. Next morning one of them called but since I was on the way to office I asked them to come to my home and check. Next day one of your engineers came, checked the terminal and updated that the signal strength is low because the nearest tower is facing some network latency issue . I again raised a complaint with the team and next got a lame excuse that there is some network backend issue troubleshooting is going on and the issue will be fixed soon within next 24 hours also closed my ticket 1-2693710900. Whenever I call Tikona no one even care to respond and transfer the calls to different senior network engineers with no responses. At last they will say engineers will callback but it is very frustrating to say that the customer service is very bad.
    If you don’t want to resolve the issue please reimburse my cash I had paid from Feb 2012

    Here is my tikona experience. I have been a Tikona Customer since 2008.
    First of all, their connection is never steady.
    Tikona is a lousy service and i have been complaining about my connection for the past four months. Nothing happened. They don't care about the customers. Their call wait time is more than 25 minutes when you call on the toll free number. First they say 8 minutes and the 8 minutes went upto 25 minutes. Finally i had to disconnect the call.
    I sent couple of mails to their customer care and still no response. But if one day if you miss for bill payment they are prompt to call you. And of course, now you pay one month's rent in advance. So they don't loose at all.
    Anyway, as a long term customer i have decided to terminate their services and move on to someone else. I cannot tolerate it anymore. They are not offering value for money.
    I strongly advice old customers and new customers to migrate to some other better Broadband service providers or Move to 3G to save your time and money.
    This is my feedback for other customers who undergo the same situation.

  25. This is the 3rd month of my plan and Im fed up of your network. Everyday we have to call 2ce or 3ce to reach you and everytime your engineer gives a different reason.

    Major failures: 
    1) Speed very low: My plan is 1mbps , however till date speed has never crossed 0.3mbps- SPEED IS VERY BAD

    2) Sometimes even though it shows  connected to the net but the yellow triangle still persists on the internet connection sign- (Webpage not available)

    3) Internet hardly works. We are working people and use internet only for 2-3 hrs per day , out of which your network is useful only for hardly 30mins (interrupted).

    4) Please note your service person came to us and requested us to assure best services which we havent got till date. HE TOOK 3 MONTHS ADVANCE. 
    LOOKS LIKE I HAVE WASTED MY MONEY

    5) Please do not cheat customer of giving best services when you cant

    6) Also note I was using YOU broadband before and as compared to your services their services were 100 times better. Unfortunately now I have shifted and do not have YOU broadband services here.  

    7) I would request you to improve your services or else refund my money for your unused services.

    8) Also your helpline is very irritating., inspite of continous calling they are always busy and half the time keep you on hold

    I am fed up now with your bad service and you guys are not taking it seriously, after sending so many mails and talking to customer care i have not got any solution.
    I am marking the mail to Mr. J.nair also but you all are enjoying and playing with customer's money and their valuable time. Guys better you improve and resolve my problem otherwise cut my connection. Below is the speed i am getting and i have opted the plan of 4mbps. Kindly suggest what to do with you all (Kaamchors).

    You are not a man of words or commitment.
    You are a cheater. You have taken things on your ego trip.

    Please cool down and re-think, are you doing any justice or fair decision.
    You are charging for the service that you have not provided.

    You are blot on Tikona as you are not able to provide good services and on the top of that you are making tikona's image worst by doing such unfair decisions.
    If you are not in situation to do the simple decision and justice, I would like to see you out of Tikona.


    Despite of your commitment and authority, you are behaving like a beggar. You have assured me in the month of July-Aug only that nothing will be charged for me. Still previous dues of Rs 334/- is being charged. What about the waiver for that period for which Tikona was not able to provide the continued 2mbps service. I have raised several complaints for that during that period as well.

    1. Please call me and clarify whats the previous dues.
    2. Why is this late fee is being charged as I am in discussion for the unfair charges for last 2 months.

    I NEED A CALL FROM J NAIR FOR CLARIFICATION.

    Please deactivate my account. I have many requests for the deactivation.

    Please deactivate the connection immediately.
    I am leaving India next week. My husband moved out of india few months before when the original request was raised.

    I am not going to pay the new bill or advance bill generated as I wont be using the services any more.

    Also, I will file a case against your company before I leave if the deactivation request or the connection does get terminated immediately.

    WE have cleared all the dues for the USER ID : 1108960926 the amount being 3396.3. Rs we have deposited 4000 Rs to that USER ID : 1108960926
    We no longer need this internet connection and we have requested 3 months back regarding that but still you keep on sending monthly bills. when we approached the customer care regarding this we have not received any proper response. The person who was supposed to collect the equipment is also not responding and collecting the equipment even after several remainders from us his details are as follows K Palanisamy at 7708784337 for return of Modem. I repeat i will not pay anymore bills of your Tikona service. If this harassment continues i will proceed legally and the consequent expenses and mental agony should be borne by you.

    Your service was so pathetic that even after several remainders the problems were not rectified and so we requested to terminate the line but u just kept on billing us without rectifying the problem and now you have approached some legal team to torture us in getting the bill for which you have not given any service (you can check the usage for which you have billed us it is 0 mbs). Last year we have even taken an dedicated line of 2mbs for around 2 lakhs per year. due to your pathetic support and service we did not extend the contract. such is your poor standards.

    After almost 35 days of my worst experience of internet connection and worst service provider of internet connection, i force to write the last mail again to you.
    The date i have taken this connection out of 35 days 30 days you internet connection is worked properly in a single day 24 Hrs.

    Every morning i have to raise the compliant about the not connectivity & worst speed.
    Every night i m complaining about the same issue....

    First your service engineers do not respond on phone, and after putting lot of efforts if you connection getting rectify the next evening again the same problem we are facing......

    your toll free customer is all having the repeated response..

    The result is that i not getting the proper internet connection for what i m paying.

    I m giving this is a last warning to tikona i have not get uninterpreted internet service i may force to go complaint to IRDA & Consumer Forum for giving the worst service and wrong commitment.....

    I am facing huge technical problem from last 7 Days. I can't understand what to do.

    Really its a very bad days going with me with your internet services.

    Your technical team members alwyas ask same questions and same repeted solutions like below .

    1. Wait pl. 24 Hrs, your technical issues will resolved definetly
    2. switch off the power addepter and try again .......
    3. your connection is under checking for next 24hrs ...

    My 100% business depends on Internet. I am currenyly using your plan : 30GB with 4 Mbps.
    But from last 7 days i can not work with tikona internet.

    Daily i must have to recharge for internet with Rs.250 for 1GB from other mobile prepaid like vodafone.

    My question is why i am paying you for 30GB Plan. ????

    Realy its a very bad and very unauthorised response and attitude from your Technical persons.

    I am complaining daily.
    Why they not sending me engineer visit ????
    Why always gives repetative answers ???

    I think they or tikona don't have care for customers problems or own business.

    From last 7 day one engineer comes and try but not solved my problem.

    Although my problem unsolved they closed my complain.

    I am frustrated by tikona
    I have been calling tikona customer care from 5-6 months daily
    For poor speed I have taken 4 Mbps plan but usually I would get speed fluctuations from 135 kbps to 1 Mbps only
    Maximum time I didn't reach more than 500 kbps
    Many of time engineer came and all said that u r signal are very low so they finally said unr connection is not fesiable for connection so please disconnect
    So I requests for disconnection on 2sep and they told they will call me for conformation of request ... Within 24 hrs and today is 27 September I call tikona for disconnection but they just give fake assurance

    Guys it is user sole decision for disconnection tikona is just making fool to people for disconnection confirmation call
    They doesn't call if you had already bill ...
    Because they give excuse for call they has accepted request and if they fail to do so it is not user responsibility for further because they have taken our request

    They cannot us these cheating idea to make user fool for many days and sent them bill for what they already made disclosure of disconnection...

    When we request for disconnection they say u r connection will be discontinued after our disconnection team will call u

    But this cheater and shameless company never call u back
    Just let waste u r time till the billing cycle
    Also there is no authority to is to disconnect by our self
    That means they can make u s to pay up to their decision

    I installed the tikona connection(1115407710) last month end and my connection not working due to bad wire on first day and I had to call the tikona customer care and gurgaon tikona center for the issue and every single day, they tell me the same Promise but i daily call to customer care and tikona officer in gurgaon but everyone promise ,your problem solve in 24 hrs but problem still pending and So I have been mentally harassed by tikona staff.

    If my problem not solved ,i will file a FIR against the company Tikona Broadband and its CEO Prakash Bajpai for Mental Harassment, Mental Torture and Fraud (under IPC 420).

    I am facing network issue since a month and I am not getting any proper solution for that.

    I had raised a complaint for the same so many times, customer service lodge the complaint giving me complaint number and within 24 hour i get a message that issue has been resolved, however I am continue to facing the same problem.
    I have been calling tikona customer care from 5-6 months daily
    connectivity is not proper in Tikona, connection get loose in every 15 mins.I call the customer care, I had to wait for 4 mins to direct the call to executive, and then I don't what they do from backend, i get connectivity for time being. As I disconnect the call , in 10 mins the face the same issue.


    I understand there can be some network issue , but issue is i am not getting proper solution from customer care. I asked them to send tech guy to visit home to see problem, customer care does not do so .

    I am fed with such activity, So now either I am going to consumer forum for this or going to disconnect from Tikona if i don't get proper resolution after this email.

    1. Hi,This is true. Tikona is the worst of all lots of broadband / nert work service provider. I am commenting as an experienced hand having tried many in my location !Tikon is horror of Horrors ! Just impossible team of people and the worst corporate system.   45. Worst Experience... I am user of tikona services since last three months.. Might have complained twice than d days i have used.. as they cannot solve our frequent complaints they have said that dey will give us refund .. we moved to disconnection .. and after a month u pple are telling no to the refund and our services are also stopped. plan of 500 GB payed 8000 rs in advance used only About 40 GB.. complaining abt it every day..     My area is declared as non feasible area.Yours engineers and area managers are visited several times and declared area as non feasible area. thats why i requested to terminate my connection and refund my amount which i paid three months rental in advance.
    every time when i call to your customer care they told me that we have escalated your concern and shorltly you will get response.
    I am continuously chasing you from last 2 months but still their is no response.
    Is this your customer service? What is your process to refund the amount and how much is your SLA?

    I am fed up with services of tikona..could not understand what to do hence will be escalating it to consumer forum and will be posting blog .
    Unnecessary your people are visiting my home and that too without any intimation to us..since 17th june my net has not been working for a second and force fully i am being asked to clear bill..although i have cleared than too no resolution has been provided to me yet..no proper service engineers has visited my place yet..kindly note that if same is not started by tomorrow..i will go ahead with action against tikonas fake commitment..it has been since Sep15 i have taken this connection and is regretting since then

    This is in reference to tikona where there retention team (Ms. Madhuri from mumbai) told me that I will get a waiver of 1 month and I need to pay for nex month. But the next day there collection team called me up and told me to pay Rs 1710 for 2 months. I told them that I had a discussion with your retention team and she agreed to give a month waiver in order to sacrifice for their pathetic services. I am getting daily mailers/messages/calls to pay the amount of 2 months and no body is listening to me. I have told them that I am ready to pay Rs 805 for this month and will continue with your services if I get a month's waiver otherwise I am not interested. so if you people are ready to give me that plan then I can continue otherwise I am not.

    @TRAI: These service providers are making fool of customers and not making up on their service committments which is really frustrating and harassing to us.

    I raised a concern that billing amount raised against my customer ID #128559008 was incorrect. However I have serious concern that today I received a call from Lawyer to pay immediately in 30 Mins else wise it will go for legal proceedings. I was forced to pay even though I received confirmation that amount showing in the bill is being waived off as it has incorrectly calculated.

    I am sure that even if you go with all checks and validation, I will not be receiving my money back.
    However the company behavior on handling this silly system generated mistake was nasty and will never have a trust on TIKONA BROADAND. There were no escalation point, customer care do not have any answer whenever I spoke.
    The way it was threatened today to move into legal proceedings was ruthless by Tikona lawyer.

    This due amount is quite small and does not mean much for me but the company loose way of handling the customer is worst.

    I still say the same words that "BILL AMOUNT I PAID WAS INCORRECT".
    Hope company will learn from their mistake.

    Muje laga tha mera hi anubhaw kharab hai. Magar aap sub ka sunne ke bad pata chala ki ye company hi aisi hai. Mr. Bajpai sorry to say that your services are very bad and your staff alao very unprofessional and They are not suitable for acting as a Service Provider. Secondly they are having very poor communicating staff who don't care for customers.

    Neither able to raise complaints via app (as it is not working due to bad connectivity) nor able to connect customer care(no one taking the call).
    Please resolve as I need it badly for Work from home.
    Or else, I will have no option but to disconnection of your service.
