Hi Friends,

I have a friend who work in Tikona Digital Networks Private Limited , Pune . Last few days he was telling about this growing internet service provider & his concerns about services & customers . So I have created this blog to make things easier for customers & take problems to the service provider directly. This company is trying to become No 1 internet service provider in India , But before that it has to go a long way & Satisfy existing customers.
